  • Terms & Condition

Vital Space Homeopathy Terms, Conditions, Fees and returns policy as of 1st December 2023.

    1. Treatment is generally delivered in 4, 6, or 8-week treatment rounds. The duration of the treatment round will be decided based on the details of each individual case.

    2. The number of follow-ups and treatment rounds required depends on the nature of the issues being treated. Clients may choose to end treatment at any time.

    3. Fees are charged per treatment round; consultations are not charged on a per time basis. Treatment cost includes the consult, subsequent prescribing, the homeopathic remedies required as part of treatment, and important communications relating to the treatment round. Urgent or important communications relating to the treatment round typically include questions about use of support remedies, updates on progress or symptoms, or advice on symptom management.

    4. Homeopathic remedy suggestions made in-between consultations are not included in the prior consultation fees and will be charged at $20 per remedy.

    5. In some cases, Homeobotanical preparations may be suggested as part of treatment. The cost of these is not included in the consultation cost and will be charged separately.

    6. If a non-homeopathic natural supplement is recommended as part of your treatment, it is your responsibility to assess its safety and suitability with an appropriately trained professional eg: qualified naturopath or herbalist.

    7. Homeopathy is a complementary treatment method and if, at any time during your treatment you feel that you require primary healthcare it is your responsibility to seek advice and/or treatment from your primary healthcare provider.

    8. Fees exclude postage. Express postage of remedies is recommended and the cost for express postage within Australia is generally between $15 and $23AUD. Free local Gold Coast pickup available.

    9. Additional fees apply to replace remedies lost or damaged by the Client, or additional top-up remedies that are required or requested. This also means that if you are required to take a remedy for an extended period of time, only the first bottle of that specific remedy is included in the consultation cost and subsequent bottles will be charged at $20.

    10. All consultations are held remotely (online) via your chosen platform eg: FaceTime, WhatsApp etc. All initial consults must be via video call unless otherwise agreed. Follow up consultations are available by phone if preferred.

    11. All fees are in Australian dollars.

    12. Payment can be made by cash (for purchases made in person), card or direct bank transfer. Afterpay is available on most purchases over $100. All payments must be made in full before remedies are dispensed and collected/posted.

    13. All consultations and remedies are non-refundable.

    14. Please make your remedy selections carefully, once remedies have left the clinic, they are not returnable or refundable.

    15. We offer no guarantee of outcomes or results from consuming our products or services. This includes for example, cure of a particular health concern or alleviation of symptoms. If a consumer does not receive the desired result from our products and/or services, this does not deem our products/services faulty and is not grounds for a refund.

    16. Clients who repeatedly cancel appointments at short notice will be refused treatment. Our practitioner's time is valuable, please be respectful and reschedule appointments with ample prior notice. Clients who do not attend booked appointments without giving notice may be subject to paying the full cost of the consultation.

    17. Please contact your practitioner directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding your treatment or suggested remedies. It is expected to do so prior to asking for assistance and/or information from others or on social media.

    18. By completing and submitting your New Client Information form you are agreeing to these terms and conditions of service.

    19. By purchasing products from Vital Space Homeopathy, the consumer is confirming that they have accessed the safety and suitability of these products for their personal circumstances. If unsure, it is the responsibility of the consumer to seek additional advice and/or guidance from their primary healthcare provider.

    20. Vital Space Homeopathy will often provide free advice and/or guidance in relation to remedy selection and purchase from our clinic or via our website. When advice is offered outside of a paid consultation it is of a general nature only and may not be relevant or applicable to a consumer’s individual circumstances and Vital Space Homeopathy accepts no liability.

    21. The Homeopathic remedies available for purchase in our clinic or via our website are not intended to treat or cure any disease, illness or health issue. They are considered supportive only and do not offer or provide a total healthcare solution.
